Hotel options
We offer the following hotel options available to meet your pet's needs: Standard, Deluxe, Geriatric, and Penthouse suites.
- The Standard suites are suitable for all breeds;
- Deluxe suites are spacious enough for the larger breeds;
- Geriatric suites provide extra comfort rooms, specifically designed to accommodate Geriatric and Special needs;
- Penthouse Suites offer the ultimate pampering pet hotel experience, presenting all the above five-star perks with the addition of luxury plush or therapeutic bedding. . . .And, a chandelier glistens in the Penthouse Suite..

Multiple Family Members
We offer special accommodations for those who would like their family, of the same species, to stay together. We do offer a 50% discount for the second and third guest in the same suite. (Sorry, multiple discounts are not offered for Geriatric and Special needs suites.)
Personal Pet Belongings
Please limit the amount of belongings to one favorite toy (non-rawhide or non-choking hazard) and/or one small piece of bedding (towel, blanket, and/or shirt). We provide many perks (treats, toys, bedding etc.) so that the transition from home to the hotel is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Hotel Checkin
Holiday check-in must be done during business hours 30 minutes prior to closing time.
Hotel Checkout
Checkout is at 12:00 noon, Monday-Saturday. A day-stay fee of $20.00 will apply if dogs are picked up after 12:00 noon, but before close of business.
